QMSdesk™ Terms of Service

1. SaaS Subscription & Tiered Organization Licensing

QMSdesk subscriptions grant the subscribing entity access based on its organization tier (1–25, 26–250 or 251+ users) across every QMSdesk module. Within the active tier, all authorized users receive full platform access without per-seat add-on surcharges or individual module gating.

2. Validation

QMSdesk's core platform is validated under a QA-approved Validation Summary Report. We'll walk you through the full record under a mutual NDA. Validation of your system for your intended use remains yours, and the scope of any validation support we provide is agreed in writing.
