The QMSdesk™ 2026 Early Adopter Program is for life-sciences teams putting their first eQMS in place, or moving off paper, shared drives or a legacy system. You get the full platform at a rate 60% below the standard subscription, and a direct line to the people who built it.

The full platform, for your whole team
Every module, in every tier: document control, quality events, CAPA, change control, training, risk, audits, supplier quality, management review and oversight. Everyone in your organization's tier is included, and growing past it never locks anyone out.
An early adopter rate, 60% below standard
Your subscription is 60% below the standard QMSdesk rate, and the rate holds for your full contracted term, as written into your agreement.
The founding team, on your side
Work directly with Akatalyst's founding team and GxP practitioners, led by a founder with 25 years in regulated life-sciences quality. A named onboarding lead guides your setup, and your questions reach the people who can answer them.
A say in what comes next
Early adopters are invited, never required, to join roadmap input sessions. Tell us what your quality system needs, and see it considered first.
A clear path to go-live
Set up and test in your real tenant through the guided Configuration Runway, with a written validation scope from the start. The target for a first working workflow is 8–12 weeks, depending on scope, data readiness and your team's availability.

Your organization should have 1–250 people who will use QMSdesk. Larger organizations are welcome to talk to us about an enterprise arrangement.

No strings attached
The program asks no commitments of you: no go-live deadline, no mandatory feedback and no obligation to be a reference. We'll only ever name you as an early adopter with your written consent.
The 2026 cohort is limited
We're taking 15 organizations into the 2026 cohort, so every one gets real attention from the founding team. Applications close December 31, 2026, or earlier if the cohort fills.
Questions buyers ask
Is this a reduced version of QMSdesk?
No. Early adopters get the full platform, with every module, for everyone in their tier.
How long does the early adopter rate last?
For your full contracted term. QMSdesk is an annual subscription, so that's one year or more, as agreed in your contract. Renewal terms are set out in writing before you sign.
Are implementation and validation included?
They're scoped separately, in writing, so you know exactly what you're getting. Early adopters get priority scheduling. Akatalyst's practitioners can deliver the implementation, migration and validation work with you.
Do we have to be a startup?
No. The program is for organizations with up to 250 people using QMSdesk that are putting a first eQMS in place or replacing their current approach.
Will you name us as a customer?
Only if you agree, in writing. Being an early adopter never makes you a reference by default.
