QMSdesk™ Privacy Policy

What we collect. Our website collects personal information only when you send it to us through a form. Every form asks for your name and work email. If you ask us to get in touch, we also ask for your company, your team size (optional) and your message. If you ask for a requirements pack, we also receive the activities you selected on the page. Each submission records the page it came from and when it was sent.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on www.qmsdesk.com, and we don't store anything in your browser.

How we use it. To reply to you, and to send the requirements pack you asked for. When you ask for a requirements pack, our team also receives a copy of your request so we can follow up with you about QMSdesk. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell your details.

Who processes it. Form submissions reach our team through Formspree, Inc. (United States). We keep a record of each submission in our own database, hosted by Supabase in Sydney, Australia. Requirements packs are emailed through Resend (United States). Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period to run and secure the site. Because of this, your details may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and Australia.

How long we keep it. For as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it. Formspree keeps each submission for 30 days.

Your choices. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@akatalyst.com. We'll respond within one month.

Other sites. The Inspection Readiness Assessment runs on akatalyst.com, and WhatsApp links open WhatsApp. Each has its own privacy notice.
