Management review software with a frozen, signed snapshot
QMSdesk™ management review software freezes the state of your quality system at the end of the period, so everyone discusses the same figures. The minutes, the decisions and the evidence agree, today and at your next inspection.

What changes for your team
01
No more spreadsheet week
The review pack comes from your live records, taken as of the period end. Nobody spends days gathering numbers from each module.
02
Evidence that stays put
Once a snapshot is taken, it can't be edited or recomputed. The figures your leadership reviewed are the figures an inspector sees a year later.
03
Decisions that keep moving
Minutes and decisions are signed when the review closes. Follow-up actions can still be assigned and completed after that, so the review drives real work.
Quality management review inputs, gathered for you
Your quarterly review is on Thursday. On Tuesday, your Quality Manager freezes the snapshot for the quarter. It captures, as of the last day of the period:
- CAPA aging
- Events trending
- Training compliance
- Audit findings and audit program status
- The risk register
- The supplier scorecard
- Document status
- The open items in each module at period end
The snapshot covers your whole organization, whoever creates it, so two people preparing the same review see the same figures. Once it's signed, those figures are fixed for good.
How a review runs
Step 1 of 3
Scheduled
Pick a date and the period to review. QMSdesk shows when your next review is due, based on the frequency you set.
Step 2 of 3
In progress
Freeze the snapshot for the period. Draft the minutes and the decisions against it, and add follow-up actions.
Step 3 of 3
Closed
Sign the review. The minutes, the decisions and the snapshot are locked together.
After closure, follow-up actions can still be assigned, updated and completed. A decision that needs corrective action can raise a CAPA, linked back to the review.
Management review software highlights
One frozen, signed snapshot
The snapshot is taken as of the period end, signed, and never edited or recomputed, so the figures behind your minutes never move. Export the review pack to PDF or Excel whenever you need it.
MR-2026-Q3
Snapshot as of September 30, 2026
Taken as of the period end. Never edited or recomputed.
Separation-of-duties waivers, surfaced for you
Separation-of-duties waivers appear in the review pack automatically. Leadership sees each exception it has accepted, without anyone having to remember to list it.
CAPA from a management review
A CAPA doesn't need an event to exist. When a review decides that a trend needs corrective action, you raise a CAPA from the review and link it back, so the decision and the fix stay connected.
A schedule that serves you
Set your review frequency, and QMSdesk shows when the next one is due. The frequency is advisory, so you can hold an extra review after a significant event whenever you need one.

Questions buyers ask
What goes into the management review snapshot?
CAPA aging, events trending, training compliance, audit findings and program status, the risk register, the supplier scorecard, document status, and the open items in each module at period end.
Can the figures change after the meeting?
No. Once taken, a snapshot can't be edited or recomputed, so the figures your leadership reviewed stay exactly as they were.
What if follow-up actions are still open when we close the review?
That's expected. Follow-up actions can still be assigned and completed after the review closes. The signed minutes and decisions stay locked.
Can a management review raise a CAPA?
Yes. A CAPA can start from a management review with no triggering event, and it links back to the review.
Can we hold a review outside the normal schedule?
Yes. The review frequency is advisory, so you can schedule a review at any time, for example after a significant quality event.
